The Chamber ALX’s Award
Commitment to Disability Award – NextStep Pilates
recognizing an organization for making significant hiring, awareness, or accessibility contributions to those with disabilities in the Alexandria community
NextStep Pilates, a nonprofit based in Alexandria, provides free, individualized Authentic Pilates sessions to military service members and veterans who have sustained injuries in the line of duty. These one-on-one sessions, led by trained instructors, focus on physical development and muscle strengthening.
NextStep Pilates is operated by the team at Studio Body Logic, which has locations in both Alexandria and Arlington.
